All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Once your order is delivered we will provide you with a tracking number. This is to ensure a successful delivery. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 regulations put in place by Canada Post it is not possible to deliver a package and collect a signature to confirm the delivery, therefore, your order will be left at your front door. It will be your responsibility ensure that you collect and pick it up from your door.
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns for opened products. Exchanges are valid for 10 days from the order date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that refunds may only be issued to the purchaser and incurred shipping charges are not refundable.
